By accessing or using the OG Esports website located at ogs.gg (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

OG Esports A/S ("OG Esports," "we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in Denmark. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any related services we provide through it.

2.1 Eligibility

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, player photographs, team branding, the OG shield logo, halftone design elements, and software — is the property of OG Esports A/S or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3.2 Trademarks

"OG," "OG Esports," the OG shield logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks of OG Esports A/S. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

3.3 Third-Party Content

The Site may contain content from third parties, including partner logos, tournament organizer branding, and player likenesses. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.

4. Shop and Purchases

4.1 External Shop

Product purchases are processed through our external shop at shop.ogs.gg, which is operated on the Shopify platform. Purchases are subject to the shop's separate terms and conditions, including its return and refund policies.

4.2 Pricing

Product prices displayed on the Site are for reference only and may differ from the current prices on shop.ogs.gg. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

5. Community Features

5.1 Fan Zone

If the Site offers community or fan engagement features (including but not limited to fan profiles, dream team builders, or community voting), your participation is subject to these Terms and any additional community guidelines we publish.

5.2 User Conduct

When participating in community features, you agree not to post content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube), social media, partner websites, and tournament pages. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." OG Esports makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be available at all times without interruption
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current
• Live stream data, match schedules, or game results will be error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OG Esports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed EUR 100.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
